What’s happening in Dudley Fields?
Residents of Dudley Fields will soon be receiving home energy upgrades as part of a new partnership project to create Walsall’s first Net Zero Neighbourhood.
This means that eligible households could benefit from free or subsidised home improvements that lower bills, make homes warmer and improve long-term health and comfort.

Who’s delivering the programme?
In partnership with stakeholders Walsall Council and Walsall Housing Group (WHG) and Surefire Management Services, Residential Energy Support CIC (RES CIC) are offering advice on energy upgrades, eligibility and home energy assessments.
RES CIC is an impartial, not-for-profit organisation. Our role is to:
Help you understand the benefits of home energy upgrades
Provide free, no-obligation home energy assessments
Guide you through the application process
Advise on which measures and funding you may be eligible for
